Chère Madame, Vous avez bénéficié de la livraison gratuite avec Mondial Relay et les délais de livraison même si un peu long à votre goût ont été respectés (voir conditions de livraison). Vous avez passé commande le 4/03 et le colis était mis à disposition le 11/03 soit un délai de 7 jours. Par contre, vous n'avez retiré le colis que le 18/03 et cela ne rentre pas en ligne de compte !!
